What a not-so-good stay, the shower curtain decided it wanted to be my partner in crime, offering me just 30cm for peace. And please, is three forks such a luxury? I expected at least a welcome gift, having paid premium but got bare minimum instead. Almost left a nice review, but just couldn't. Pathetic!

Staff were super friendly, loved the comfy bed with aircon right over it. Room had smart tv which was cool, and even a 4-pack electric socket bedside for all my gadgets. It was nice and clean too. Definitely one of the best deals for the price!
But the shower curtain was really annoying and kept sticking to me. They could've had better cooking utensils.

Thanks a lot everyone for a really lovely stay on a road trip. The family room was neat with comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. The staff were helpful and location was good. We liked being close to a motorway.

Perfect and incredibly comfortable location really close to BIG TRUCKS going north, and centre, could not be better.

The large family room boasted ample space, a kitchenette with essential cookware, and a microwave. Outdoor seating was convenient for enjoying meals under the open sky.
The bathroom featured a shower curtain that awkwardly clung to you, leaving about 30cm of space, not to mention no soap holder for your necessities. The main road outside contributed to noise problems, with cars and trucks making a ruckus throughout the night. A lack of adequate kitchenware like multiple forks and plates was noticeable.

i thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it's absolutely great and the location is favourable to everything in mackay. location: the property was close enough to shopping mall and supermarkets, shopping centres, the harbour and restaurants. i had coffee at k&co, located within 20 minutes walk.

This place is nice, and provides everything I need, free parking, air conditioning, tv, and laundry facilities. I remember the staff helping me with my room issue late at night. I highly recommend this spot! I'll be back for my business trip.

The staff were super friendly and helped us find a great spot for dinner nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the charming garden area to relax in. Just a heads up, it would be handy to have some plates and cutlery in the room instead of going to reception for them! 😊

Just a fine choice for a lightning stop in Mackay with best value for money ratio. The rooms are clean and well serviced, making for a decent stay. Try to ask for a quieter room away from the road.
